SMS / Text Message Policy

This SMS / Text Message Policy describes how ClinicalSpace LLC ("ClinicalSpace," "we," "us," or "our") sends text messages, what you have consented to receive, and how you can opt out.
This policy is incorporated by reference into our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
1. Program description
ClinicalSpace''s SMS program sends transactional and service-related text messages to users who have provided a mobile phone number when creating an account. Categories of messages include:
- Security messages — two-factor authentication codes, password reset confirmations, suspicious-login alerts.
- Listing and account alerts — notifications about activity on your listings, messages from other users, status changes on opportunities you are following.
- Service confirmations — confirmations of actions you took (e.g. "Your listing has been published," "Your inquiry has been sent").
ClinicalSpace does not currently send marketing or promotional SMS.
2. How you opt in
When you create an account at ClinicalSpace, the signup form collects a mobile phone number as part of your contact information. By submitting the signup form, you affirmatively consent to receive the transactional SMS messages described in Section 1 at the number you provided.
You will receive a welcome confirmation message immediately after signup:
Welcome to ClinicalSpace. You''re set to receive account alerts and security codes. Up to ~6 messages/month. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies. Most users receive fewer than six (6) messages per month.
4. Carrier rates
Standard message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier. ClinicalSpace does not charge for SMS.
5. How to opt out
Reply STOP to any text message. You will receive one confirmation, then no further non-essential messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
Opting out of SMS does not affect platform access, but disables SMS-based 2FA. Switch to an authenticator app in account settings to maintain 2FA.

Reply HELP to any text message, or contact hello@clinicalspace.com.
7. Privacy
We do not sell, rent, or share mobile phone numbers, opt-in records, or related data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile information only with service providers (such as our SMS gateway) strictly to deliver messages you have consented to receive.

8. Eligibility
The SMS program is available to users 18 and older with a US mobile phone number.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated by email and by updating the Effective date.
