Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information

Our current practice

ClinicalSpace LLC does not sell your personal information for monetary value. We also do not "share" your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as that term is defined under California's CCPA/CPRA.

We do disclose personal information in two limited circumstances that some users may consider sale-like, and we want to be clear about both:

1. Service providers — we use vendors who help us operate the Service (hosting, email delivery, analytics). They process information on our behalf under contracts that restrict their use. This is not a sale under any state privacy law.

2. Brokers and professional intermediaries — only with your consent. If you have explicitly opted in (during signup, when creating a listing, or in your account settings), we may introduce you to qualified brokers, practice transition advisors, or other professionals who have a matching client. This is consent-based. Your default state is opt-out. You can revoke consent at any time.

Your opt-out request

Even though we do not engage in CCPA-defined sale or sharing, this page lets you make your preference clear and binding for any future change.

When you submit a request through this page, we will:

• Record your opt-out preference against your account (if signed in) or against a browser fingerprint and the IP address used (if not signed in).
• Honor your opt-out within fifteen (15) business days.
• Honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signals automatically as a valid opt-out — you do not need to also submit this form if your browser sends GPC.
• Communicate your opt-out to any third parties to whom we disclosed your information in the preceding twelve months for any purpose that might be considered a sale or share.
• Not retaliate against you for exercising this right.

How to opt out

Method 1 — Submit this form (preferred):

• Confirmation checkbox: "I am opting out of the sale and sharing of my personal information."

Method 2 — Email us:

Send a request to hello@clinicalspace.com with the subject line "Do Not Sell or Share." Include your name, the email associated with your account, and your state of residence.

Method 3 — Global Privacy Control:

If your browser is configured to send a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we honor it automatically. No additional action required.

Verifying your request

We may need to verify your identity before processing your request. For account holders, we may match the submitted information against your account record. For non-account submissions or when the records are inconsistent, we may request additional verification (such as a copy of a government-issued ID). We will use that information only to verify the request and will delete it after verification.

Authorized agents

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require you to verify directly that the agent is authorized.

Children

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of users under 16. The Service is restricted to users 18 and older.
